01 / Who We Are
QIC was created to move beyond the limits of conventional computing and lead high-value transformation in drug discovery and finance. We develop Quantum–AI technologies, apply them to critical industry bottlenecks and convert their capabilities into scalable solutions, validated outcomes and proprietary assets.
Our ambition is not limited to advancing quantum research. QIC is building technologies and business models capable of changing how complex industrial decisions, discoveries and optimizations are made.
We concentrate on drug discovery and finance—two fields where computational complexity, economic value and the need for domain expertise converge.

QIC began with a belief that advanced science should do more than explain the world—it should help change real outcomes. After years in academic research, founder Choi Hwan-ho turned his attention to drug discovery, where long development cycles, high failure rates and unresolved molecular complexity continued to limit progress.
His research into molecular electron distributions offered a different starting point: understanding biological behavior through the underlying physics and chemistry that govern it. That work became the foundation of QIC’s technology and continues to shape its approach today—combining quantum methods, artificial intelligence and domain expertise to address complex problems with measurable industrial value.
